Group classes are £7 per person per class. It is important that you book in advance as there is a limited number of spaces per class.

Wednesday evening classes are run on a drop in basis at Bernards Heath Infant School classes, so one week in advance payment is required to secure your space each week.

Monday evenings at Trestle Arts Base run on 10 week terms so advance payment is required to secure your space this can be paid on a 4, 8 or 10 week payment basis.

Please ensure you wear comfy clothes that allow movement and please bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat, as mats are NOT provided.

All levels are welcome at every class.
